Summary

In this episode, Jake and I talk about our experiences hunting flat land, farm country. Both of us grew up in areas where the landscape mostly consists of big agriculture fields and very little timber. Over the years while hunting these areas we realized that there were a lot of unique aspects of hunting farm country that we don’t always deal with when hunting other areas. We discuss the mistakes we made when we first started hunting these areas and the adjustments that we made based off of what we learned. 0:08.1	Hunting in farm country is something that we do a little bit nowadays but we definitely don't do
0:12.1	it as much as we used to when we were younger. And the main reason is we just don't have as much
0:16.6	access to those types of properties as we once did. A lot of farm country is private land but
0:21.8	we've definitely hunted public land areas that have a lot of farm country within or surrounding
0:26.6	those public lands as well. Some of the things that we pay attention to when hunting farm country
0:31.0	though differ from a lot of the other hunts that we're on and a lot of the other strategies that
0:35.6	we talk about a lot. So if you're somebody that hunts a lot of farm country hopefully you can take
