One of the podcasts that was memorable was when I did Bob Iger and I asked him how he managed to stay so long at Disney.

Why did you decide to take that on? And what has that experience been like for you? Because I know you you're all in on anything you take on.

Well, you know, Jim, it was a little bit selfish in my business. I don't know how that is in yours, but I don't have it's hard to have good relationships with my peers because it's so competitive.

The fraternity amongst GM's and in the NBA. Everybody keeps themselves at a healthy distance, but for a few relationships you might have.
