Oh, Lord, okay. Well, first of all, I should just say that this week, James replied to

someone on Twitter about the fact that Boyd and I never buy him Christmas presents.

So I have given him the gift of telling him that yesterday I spent for a feature I spent

a day on silent retreat. So for about six, seven hours, I was entirely silent.

I know people can't fathom that that's even possible for me, and I also was wondering,

would I be able to do it because I am a chatterbox, and I'm constantly plugged in with everything.

But for those seven hours, I did not talk, I didn't watch TV or listen to anything,

listen to music, anything, I didn't read nothing.

What did you do?

So as part of the day, it's quite structured, so there was a couple of meditation sessions,

we had lunch, you can walk of the grounds, et cetera, et cetera, but you're just not,

crucially, you're not being stimulated in any way externally. So you just left with your thoughts,
