with intention I made a post on Instagram a few weeks back when I was in Jamaica and I just had this really wonderful

experience after smoking cannabis and I just was like hey you know I smoke with intention

I wonder if other people out there smoke with intention, right?

And so, for me, let me just start with smoking with intention like how that looks or what is that right

smoking with intention or ingesting cannabis with intention right so whether you smoke it

whether you eat it whether you vape it whether you put it on your body you know you

smoke it, whether you eat it, whether you put it on your body, you know, there's an intention, a thought behind it.
