was the gunman's uncle who was bragging about it on the flawed podcast, think flawed TV and he was like saying like

I was in the car when we killed Tupac like I it was his nephew I think who was passed away. And then they arrested him. They were like, oh well we got you. So they put him in jail and he's like,
