Welcome back to mood with Lorna Lisbeth. I'm Lorna Lisbeth and today I'm going to be joined with my best friend and current fit in Spoke Claudia Saluski.

She happened to lose weight in the process, get into eating healthy, working out, but it's a really really inspiring and interesting story.

And I've obviously been a part of it in her personal life and have watched her grow and just learn all of these things.

So I'm so excited to have her be able to tell her story on the podcast for you guys and give you guys some tips and tricks and just kind of talk about her journey.

So that will be today's topic all about body positivity, fit, inspo, eating healthy, food, wellness, working out, all that good stuff.

I know everyone's kind of struggling with motivation right now so hopefully this will be a good mood booster for you guys.

So let's jump right into the first part of the episode where I tell you guys my best mood and worst mood of the week.

I was thinking about my best and worst mood this week and I realized that they really go hand in hand.

My worst mood was definitely stress and I didn't realize it until I actually looked back which happens a lot with me.

I realize a lot of things in hindsight obviously 2020.

The obviously stress is kind of always in our lives and sometimes you realize there's different triggers and there's different certain things stressing you out.

And I couldn't really pinpoint it during the week. Why I was so stressed but I definitely noticed I wasn't sleeping as much.

I was having a hard time falling asleep. I think I was just kind of stressed out about work and you know how do I execute things and find out what I'm doing.

I think I was just stressing out a little bit more just because you know the quarantine has been going on for so long but for the business side of it it's kind of gotten in the way of some of the stuff that I usually do.

And I think I was just having a little bit of work stress because honestly throughout this quarantine I've been pretty relaxed and I think sometimes if I get a little too relaxed I start to stress about work.

I think that the stress is pretty normal and as long as it's not like totally ruining your life and affecting your day to day every single day mood and just like ruining your life, turning into anxiety you know the usual rabbit hole that you can go down.

But the thing that I didn't even realize is that it was actually causing me to like break out and not just break out with acne but dermatitis.

If anyone has dermatitis, you probably saw my Instagram story but I have been struggling with it since like December.

I had a lot of pain point the triggers and I really noticed how stressed I was when I asked a bunch of people what the cause could be and majority of people said stress.
