Greg Bear is the author of over 40 books including Quantico, Eon, Slant, Darwin's Children, and The Forge of God.

His latest novel is Hull Zero 3 and HALO-3, and HALO-Cryptum, book 1 in the the forerunner saga, is due out in January.
