One is the teaching about the Atman. What am I? Who am I or what am I?

Why is that important? Because you know in Vedantap, the core idea is,

if we know reality as it is, all our problems will be solved.

Solved in a spiritual sense.

And what is that reality?

Reality is supposed to be Brahman, existence, consciousness, bliss, outside, inside.
