Hey gang, we're going to get to the show in just a minute, but we had a breaking news event in the MacPower

users world that we wanted to drop in a quick audio recording and let you know about before this show.

Yeah, we're going to be helping Jean McDonald and App Canford Girls in their latest

indigogo fundraiser.

Yeah, and this Indigo go-Go fundraiser is live now as we speak.

And you know, we've been longtime supporters of App Camp for girls and Gene's been a long time supporter

of Mac Power users.

As you may remember, Gene was the first supporter of Mac Power Users and came to us.

And so we really want to help Jean App Camp for Girls as a cause that we believe very strongly in.

And we know that many members of the MacPower users community have been great supporters of App Camp as well, both with your time and with your contributions as well.

And David and I were thinking, how cool would it be if Mac Power Users as a community

came together to sponsor a team at App Camp for Girls?

So we decided, let's make it happen and Katie and I are in on this so we have

pledged up to a thousand dollars in matching funds from our pockets and

is it for every MAC power user is a listener that puts a contribution in, we're going to match it, like I said, up to $1,000.

And we've got some things we need you to do so we can know it was from you.

And if everything goes according to plan plan we are going to have our very

own MAC power users team at App Camp for Girls this year. Right so here's how you

It will be running by the time that this show airs and should run through most of the month of June.
