amazing people here today. Shelley and John, welcome back to the show. Together, combine forces today.

Hey, thank you. Thank you. Yeah. Glad I have you on. And John, you were just on recently.

So people probably remember your episode.

And I feel bad because, you know, it's good because it stuck with me so much.

I feel like it was recent.

But I feel really bad that it was like the last time we hopped on was like three years ago. So welcome back.

stories. And as a creative myself, I resonated a lot

kind of talk about what sharing your story means for you. Because it's one thing to sit down

by yourself in journal or work through a book,
