Summary
In the Spring of 1846, The Donner Reed Party set out on a journey across the United States. They had no idea that they were embarking on what would become one of the most harrowing journeys in history. A terrible shortcut, bad weather and some ridiculous decisions later... their names and what they had to do to survive quickly became part of US folklore.
