I don't remember if I was barefoot last show.

I'm pretty sure if this is not the first podcast I've recorded barefoot, this is the second.

I feel like at the beach you kind of have to be.

Because everything at the beach you're constantly going in and out between sandy and wet and dry and it's hot.

So your only choices are barefoot or full shoes I think.

Everything in between is not as good.

You're a flip-flop man.

They don't really stay on.

I'm big about walking.

I take long dog walks, I take bike rides and they just don't stay on for enough for that.

Unless you get the kind that are basically sandals that have a little backstrap.

At that point that's a sandal.

I like a flip-flop.

I do feel though that tiring.

You got to do a little curl with your toes to keep them on.

Kind of all the time.

There's a bicycle town.

I terrified of riding a bicycle with flip-flops.

Because I feel like I'm on the verge of scraping my toes out.

It's not quite as bad as riding a motorcycle with flip-flops would be, but it's not that much better.

My show has been very erratically more erratic than usual publishing-wise.

I just posted 258 yesterday but I need another July episode.
