tell me what your question is? So as I wrote I've listened to you know I

listened to Ghost all the time and I've heard you talking with people who you

are encouraging to kind of engage their anger and I've always listened with

interest to that. But I'm maybe a little too engaged with my anger and so I

wanted to ask about that. I think there's lots of information about how to not

be angry or what not to do. When you experience anger, what very little about

how to kind of healthy engage with one's anger and you know with the help of

other people, I've been kind of in you know working on that but you know it's

tough, it's tough. And so I thought it would be interesting to have a

conversation with you, someone who's really interested in engaging all the
