Hello, everyone. Welcome to another modern craftsman Monday. This week, we are joined by special

guest Mike Allian from ECS homes. He is a builder, renovator contractor up in North Jersey.

I've known Mike going on probably eight years or so. He is currently fasting for Ramadan. So he's tuned

down, which may be good for some of you guys, but typically I have to act professional on this

podcast. But generally, if you get Mike and myself together, it is, it's a hoot. It is a lot of

ball busting and witty remarks. I love Mike. I've always loved Mike. He's a good guy. I've

toured his job sites met him in person. He brought me to his personal home, my family, and to meet his

family. Does some really cool, unique builds. He's always pushing the limits of what he can do. And

most impressively, it is with a very lean team. For many years, he worked alone by himself building

for custom homes at a time. He now has his brother, his younger brother, on staff full time, and

another project manager, super Mike also. But the three of them put out a ton of work, a lot of

really high quality builds. If you don't know who he is, check out his social. Apparently, he's

also on TikTok, which I'm not surprised at all. Mike is a character. I love Mike, and I really

appreciate him filling in a spot in this podcast where we had a guest back out pretty last minute.
