Hello, everyone. Welcome to another modern craftsman Monday. This week, we are joined by special

0:13.3

guest Mike Allian from ECS homes. He is a builder, renovator contractor up in North Jersey.

0:20.9

I've known Mike going on probably eight years or so. He is currently fasting for Ramadan. So he's tuned

0:30.6

down, which may be good for some of you guys, but typically I have to act professional on this

0:35.8

podcast. But generally, if you get Mike and myself together, it is, it's a hoot. It is a lot of

0:42.1

ball busting and witty remarks. I love Mike. I've always loved Mike. He's a good guy. I've

0:48.6

toured his job sites met him in person. He brought me to his personal home, my family, and to meet his

0:54.5

family. Does some really cool, unique builds. He's always pushing the limits of what he can do. And

1:02.3

most impressively, it is with a very lean team. For many years, he worked alone by himself building

1:10.2

for custom homes at a time. He now has his brother, his younger brother, on staff full time, and

1:18.8

another project manager, super Mike also. But the three of them put out a ton of work, a lot of

1:26.9

really high quality builds. If you don't know who he is, check out his social. Apparently, he's

1:32.4

also on TikTok, which I'm not surprised at all. Mike is a character. I love Mike, and I really

1:38.9

appreciate him filling in a spot in this podcast where we had a guest back out pretty last minute.

1:46.2

So hopefully you guys enjoy this one. Enjoy Mike. Check him out. Check out his team. They do great

1:51.8

work. And again, I love Mike. I couldn't speak more highly of him. So I hope you guys enjoyed this

1:57.0

episode as much as I enjoyed recording it. This podcast is brought to you by Anderson Windows.

They're introducing their new 100 series flush fin window this spring. This product allows for

and money. With Anderson contractors in the Southwest now have replacement solutions for any project.
