Summary

On this edition of Road Trippin', Rich and Channing look at the NBA Finals with the Miami Heat down 3-1 to the Denver Nuggets. After doing it themselves in 2016, the guys offer up their advice to the Heat if they want any chance of coming back in this series. Rich dives into how he thinks Miami exhausted themselves having to go seven games against Boston in the Eastern Conference Finals, and now the signs of fatigue are starting to show. Channing believes Max Strus, who has struggled this series, needs to let it fly if he wants to get his game back on track and salvage this series. Also, the crew looks at upcoming offseason storylines around the NBA. Rich looks at the Los Angeles Lakers as an intriguing team to make moves this offseason. Rich describes how he believes that the moves they make can put them back into contention to being a powerhouse in the West, and not an overachieving team as he describes. Channing talks about how he thinks a lot of teams are going to change their style this offseason, specifically ones that were once built to take on the Golden State Warriors.
