Hey James, you wrote a much discussed and much cited New York Times column a couple days ago saying

Biden going to get out and setting up a recommending a process to pick the best

successor. I agreed then that Biden had to buy a bailout. Now I'm less sure. He's digging in with the

understandable but misplaced support from groups like the Congressional Black Caucus and flawed polls like the Bloomberg

Morning Consult survey which shows Biden winning Michigan by five and losing Pennsylvania by seven.
