To build a business that you need to build systems, and you need to be able to take your

ideas out of your head and take strategic actions on them to create what you want to create.

If I'm being honest, bosses tend to fall into one of two camps with this.

They're either a total type A, to whom this comes incredibly naturally, or you're a

widely creative who struggles with it maybe not being as organized as is best for running

a profitable business.

There's no right or wrong way to get organized and build systems in your business.

There's only doing the work in the way that you need to do it.
