Okay, I won't beat around the bush or pretend like this is a brand new episode because I'm going to be

honest. It is going to be a replay back from 2019. That is the year I started this podcast,

but let me just say, this tradition still stands true for our family and we do it every year and it is so

beautiful it's one of the best things to kick off the holiday season to just talk about the things

that we are grateful for and then also write them down it's so simple but's so powerful. But before I get into the episode,

which even if you listened to it, you know, five years ago, I just really encourage you

to re-listen to it again because it really is such a good reminder to stop and

remember the things to be thankful for. But before I get into the replay,

I just wanted to give a little personal update over here last week. You may have heard there is no

podcast episode because y'all, I've just been really sick. Like I, it just took me out this time.

I had, it was just like, oh, it's going to be cold. It'll be fine. It'll be fine in a few days. And then it just progressed. And then it just took me out this time. I had, it was like, I was like, oh, it's going to be cold.
