Hi Laura, thank you so much for having me. I'm also very excited to be here and can't wait to share my story with you and hopefully also just

encourage somebody else that's going through what I went through in the bad old days.

I love that. What a gift. Thank you so much. All right, well let's get right to it then. Let's talk about those bad old days. What was going on in your marriage?

Yes, so ultimately, I mean, my husband and I have been together

now 21 years, married for 14 of those, so we ultimately grew up together,

you know, and in that time you're discovering yourself and finding yourself, and we had also sort of suffered three big traumas in our lives together in the last couple of years. So the most recent bad old days, I really thought that my husband

was the biggest challenge of our marriage, but I did later on realize that it was actually

me and a lot of the egg shells that we'd been

walking on might have been me but before that I really thought it was all him.
