Summary

Born and raised in a rural logging town in the middle of the Oregon Cascade Range, hunting became a way of life for Aron. His early days of working in the Forest Service trail crew team cultivated his true passion for divvy-type hunting. At 17, he joined the US Army, where he served honorably for 8 years — going to Airborne School, Air Assault School, Land Navigation, Mountaineering, and Survival School to name a few. Aron Snyder is now the President of Kifaru International. He is also the host of Kifaru’s podcast the Kifarucast. Yeah, I appreciate you having me on. I've been obviously known you now for, I think the 2011 might have been the first time I talk to you. I was trying to think about that. It's been a long time. Yeah, it's been a minute. And I didn't really know who you were. It's kind of a funny story.
