Hi and welcome back. I'm so glad you're back here with me this week.

really important. Okay, so I just got out of church. I'm obsessed with my church. It's

the most incredible worship team. I mean, literally I'm in the best mood every time I walk out of

there. It's incredible. No matter what's going on, PS, there is a lot going on and I am on

very little sleep right now. I am full-blown exhausted, existing on Celsius and coffee,

really impressive. As soon as I record this show, then I'm heading out to give a talk at a book

signing and I'm super excited for my day, all because of this church and just speaking life

into me, speaking joy into me and speaking God's words. So I don't know if you're a fan of church,

church and my son and I went to an early mass because I had a lot of stuff going on today,

but here is a message and I'm going to share with you. I hope that it hits you in the same way

that it hit me or in a similar way that was really powerful. So the message today was all about

just reminding ourselves that we need that we forget so much. Whether it be you go to a lecture

to learn something within 24 hours, you've already forgotten half of what you heard. Within three days,

you've lost 70% of what you had heard. You're only retaining 30% of the information. We have so many
