about a story about being laid off and now spends his time on YouTube exploring how sustainable

and smart technologies impact our lives.

He goes on to tell us about his most recent project, which is building his own home.

Talks about working with someone like Unity Homes and other products and manufacturers

that are helping him build with that similar mindset.

Check out his YouTube. It's undecided MF, which stands for Matt Ferrell, not the other MF.

It's going to be a good place for builders, remodellers to check out some real-world experience

and interaction with some of these materials that he selected to use for his home.

So you can tell he definitely geeks out on the technological end of building and sustainability.

So he's selecting in his house build products that he wants to test and products and companies

that he wants to work with. And I think he'll do a pretty good job in an in-depth assessment

of how these hold up long-term. So definitely check out the YouTube channel and see how those

products are holding up for him. But I mentioned this earlier. Do not be turned off by this.

What is it? U-A-U-I-U-X-U-X designer aspect. I still don't know what that is,

but we don't really talk much about that. We talk about his YouTube channel and what he's doing

as far as the sustainability research and field that he's kind of gotten into.
