1:09.2	responsible to justice, we want to make it clear that, no matter who you are or what you do,
1:15.4	black people do not deserve to die for the color of their skin.
1:18.7	And I think this quote on Twitter from Rebecca Harding at its super car. She really summed it up. I really hope the
1:26.7	lesson people take from Eliza McClain is not, it's extra sad because he was so sweet,
1:30.9	but rather no amount of gentleness and respectability can protect a black person
1:35.6	from the arbitrary wrath of police. And we wanted to tell Elijah's story today.
1:41.2	He's one of us, you know, as a cat person. Yeah, no, I was going to say, you know, people may be wondering why are we talking about this and not any of the many other cases like this and I think it's something that we can help bring awareness to in a different way
