Hi everybody welcome to the show I feel like maybe I haven't said this in a while I know that I say it every now and then but this is one of my favorite episodes that I can remember recording definitely in the last few months and this is not a knock on my other guests because I really am happy and proud of every episode that I put out and really come to enjoy the people that I get to talk to, but sometimes I'm just sitting there
