So today I have Heather Remic with us, and she has lost tons of weight doing intermittent fasting.

So Heather, tell us a little bit about yourself and a little bit about how you've lost so much weight doing intermittent fasting.

So I have struggled with weight since probably college when I feel like my metabolism changed from the teenager, you can eat whatever you want kind of days. And one thing that I, you know, I just turned to food for all kinds of

things. Happiness, sadness, anxiety. And I just really struggled with my weight. So when I started

with intermittent fasting, you know, I noticed that I

started to lose weight, but I could eat the things I wanted. I had tried every fad diet out there

was. No carbs. You know, only eating hard bowled eggs, like all the crazy things that you see.

And then I was like, there has to be a better way that you can

eat. You know, I look at these people and they eat whatever they want, but they're, you know,

they're thin. They're not overweight and they look healthy. And so I was able to start doing

intermittent fasting and I loved it because I was still able to eat what I wanted and I was losing weight.
