Sarah has big boss bitch energy today.

And I am thrilled by it.

She was just telling me a story and I was cheering and I

just have a feeling this is going to be a great episode right from that energy it's true my

energy is at that place I was telling Katie so last week and you guys kind of heard it in my voice

I was a bit croaky, was not feeling good.

It was a week from hell. Like I was sick. Greg was sick. Rory was sick, which meant he couldn't

go to nursery. So we were working from home, being sick with a toddler. It was not great, guys,

like stress to the limit.

And then I think this week I'm just like, I'm in a no bullshit mood.

So I'm just, I'm not having it, you guys.

I'm not having it feeling confident, having a really great clear communication

when it needs to happen.

And I'm feeling good about it.

Setting those. Yes. Doing all the work I'm feeling good about it. Setting those.
