1:05.0	to write to you after I was doing a three-day intensive first-day training
1:09.5	course for my work. I work in an arts institution so everyone comes in and it
1:15.4	was really important for me to know how to do first-day training and it brought up
1:20.6	so much anxiety and I felt so stupid. I felt like I was that child in school all
1:29.7	over again. I'm a 35-year-old adult and I felt like being a little girl in
1:34.7	school, bilingual, having a special teacher coming in to take me out of the
1:39.6	classroom and I had this moment where I thought how can I land these these
1:45.3	tools, these skills that can save a life. Surely I must be capable and
1:50.2	does me being neurodiverse. How does it affect me and can astrology help me
