Two-year-old Mason was rushed into emergency.

Later dying after suffering, severe physical abuse inside the home where he lived with his mother and her boyfriend.

An autopsy later revealing extensive internal injuries and signs of ongoing trauma.

His death shocked the small community, who demanded answers,

how this was allowed to happen to yet another child.

This is Mason's story.

Prosecutors say little Mason died of blunt force trauma

and that Stali had beaten the child for several days at

their home in the Walnut Lane mobile home park in Marlborough. A babysitter arriving at the home

Tuesday called 911 to report that she found Mason unresponsive. He was later pronounced dead at Vassar

Hospital. January 11, 2011.

31-year-old Louis de Cosmo was managing a gentleman's club in Poughkeepsie, New York.

He was also the DJ apparently.

18-year-old Caitlin Wolfert had just started working there.
