I was actually kind of reading something in my newsfeed earlier and I don't know what it is but it seems like I've seen at least three different people this weekend where they were affected by suicide.

And it just always makes you think, my goodness, how bad does someone feel where they feel like the only way out is to take their life?

Yeah, that's very sad.

And you know, I know what that pain feels like and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy and therefore, you know, it's like I said, you don't...

How many times these suicides are surprizes to people? Yes. Because a lot of people who commit suicide do a very good job of hiding their pain.

That's why you have to sometimes dig a little deeper than you normally would in some cases.

And I mean, sometimes you just don't know so you can't, you know, that's why you can't blame yourself for not seeing the signs because sometimes there really aren't that many signs.

But just know that if you do see signs, if you know somebody who's depressed in a regular basis, put just put in a little extra time and try to check on them.

Absolutely. You know, give them a call and say, hey, how's your day going? And you know, just something as simple as that will mean the world to a lot of people.
