I already know which property I want and which markets I want. So that is already a decision made for me.

The way I manage the properties for the out-of-state properties, I have property managers that I keep in

contact with. The one in Jacksonville, Orlando, I pretty manage those properties through text messages.

But then again, those properties are already Class

A in Class A neighborhood. So the tenants are more easy to manage, like way easy to manage.
