Espinel the so-called copyright czar. The czar herself appointed by

President Barack Obama, her official title, the U.S.

Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator.

The fact that Obama has even appointed such an official indicates that there is a great deal of

concern in DC right now about the digitization

of intellectual property and how it is affecting not only the music industry but publishing
