I was very depressed in my first year at university.

Even like over the Christmas holiday, I was on campus by myself and didn't think it through

that I would be there by myself for a month in the cold and there'd be nobody.

Like I'd say I was suicidal.

I was really bad and I had no resource to manage it.

So I got very, very depressed doing law.

I was hiding all of that and whatever.

I passed law, but in that process towards the end of the year, I was like, okay, I want to change

degrees and I ended up choosing languages and it was just like a euphoric dissociation where I just

cut the past year and everything else and I was like a new version of myself.

And it worked. I was like a static. I was ecstatic. I felt like I was in like Harry Potter school,

like learning something magical. And then I continued developing these different dissociative islands of myself through these languages.
