Summary
We often think about eating food produced sustainably but give little thought to the "sustainability" of our own lifestyle. A full calendar does not equal contentment, by any stretch. If you're ready to get off of the treadmill, it's time to look at slow living.
Today, Mary & Emma Kingsley, of Lady Farmer, a sustainable apparel and lifestyle company, offer ideas for cultivating a a mindful, conscious pace in a fast-paced world. They talk about the importance of intention when it comes to food and clothing choices. They share their own personal pathway to a slower lifestyle. They remind us that slow living can be attained regardless of where you reside, and that a more intentional, happier life is within reach for all of us.
