Welcome to Grumpy Old Geeks, I'm Jason DeFilippo. And I'm Brian Schultmeister.

I've got a story for you, Brian. Okay. I was sitting around,

Easter dinner with my dad and my family, and they were telling me about a new coffee shop in

Naperville, Illinois that just opened up and they went to go check it out. And the story had me

1:19.4

looking at the thing, trying to press the buttons on the pretty picture console that she's got,

1:24.1

and can't figure it out. Calls over her friend who's making the coffee. They're trying to figure it

1:31.2

1:35.7

And they proceed to tell her no, get a calculator. I shit you not. They had to get a calculator.

1:44.2

These are college age women in Naperville, Illinois. And it took them five minutes while the line got

1:49.6

longer and the people got angrier. But they finally figured it out and gave them the 32 cents. Now,

1:56.3

you're working in retail. You have a cash register in front of you. Sometimes you have to give people
