Due to November being Men's Mental Health month, we thought it was a great time to have a really important conversation and spread the message from the amazing Mental Health Motorbike charity team. Co-founder, Paul Oxborough and trustee Mary Lomas join us in the studio this week to not only reach out to any of our listeners struggling at the moment, but also spread awareness of the work they do and the subsidised mental health first aid training they offer.
