2016, the Obama administration actually authorized something that made the FBI infinitely more

dangerous. They updated 12-3-3-3, which is the executive order that basically found the NSA.

It allows all of the intelligence collections to happen. They allowed the FBI to have raw FISA material,

which is called the data warehouse system, DWS. That was the program I worked in every day.

And it allowed us to have raw FISA. So previously, what we'd have is like, I'd have Dan's email

over here and it would just be like, it would be like person number one. And we would have to ask

for it and the NSA would give us this redacted version and if we wanted to unmask it and find out who

these people were we'd have to go through a process you get a warrant dude yeah at the point when I was
