times. And this is the first episode in a three-part series about that very thing, how to have

difficult conversations with people who see the world differently, how to have better debates

about contentious issues and how to ethically and scientifically persuade one another about things

that matter. In short, this is a three-part series about how minds change, which, as you may well

know, is the title of my most recent book, which just came out a few months ago. The audiobook, by

the way, which is read by me, is now available in most of the countries where it wasn't at launch.

For those who've been asking about that, it's available. And I've been very busy these

last few months, appearing on podcasts, writing articles and traveling all over the place,

giving lectures. I just finished touring the US and Canada, and just last week was a visiting

scholar at Bridgewater College of Virginia. I loved it. I talked to lots and lots of psychology

and journalism classes about these topics and my own research and book about them. Also,

I'm headed out this week for a second tour for how minds change to do more lectures and consulting.
