I actually had, so I mentioned last week, which was just 15 minutes ago, that I have a patient who is, who does social media.

Her business is social media. And so she asked if we batch record. And I was like, no, not usually. I said usually we record every week. And I was like, because we don't do. We struggle with batch recording. Well, I think part of the problem is that we like to do news and updates each episode. And it's hard to do that when we're batch recording. Because we don't know what the news is next week yet. And it's also really hard when Katie Press batch recording. We don't know what the news is next week yet.

And it's also really hard when Katie Press is recording. I don't know what we're doing because we just got done recording. Hello? How am I supposed to know that I have to start? Anyway, hi guys. to get a sourdough starter.

My old college roommate has a sourdough starter.

This one apparently is from biblical times. Okay. It has been passed down in her family for generations and generations. So it is an old

hearty starter. It smells great. Like it's a really good, fragrant starter. Okay. I know nothing.

handle it. And I was talking to my coworker who has, she makes sourdough bread.
