but I have seen her do her guillardin and her compa all over my timeline. And anytime I see her

dance, I'm like, wow, amazement. And so I think a couple

years ago, I actually took one of our classes in Atlanta, and that was really good. And that was

before I did like partner dancing. And you guys know I'd be going to the compo parties in Atlanta,

and now I'm like dancing or whatever. But I know that I have room to improve improve and I always want to learn from like somebody

that really enjoys the dance and who is a part of the culture.

And so can you tell us a little bit about your cultural backgrounds, they know?

My cultural background.

So I was born in Haiti.

I came to America when I was six years old.

And then I ended up going back to Haiti when I was 10.

And I think that's when like the compo really set in because I'm like older.

So I was able to like watch my parents listen to it a lot and take me to parties and let me dance and I feel like that's when like

I really got an essence of the dance which I'm really glad I was deported back to Haiti.

We say deported when our parents bring us back to our country.

But yeah, so that's pretty much what it is.

Born there, I wouldn't say I was raised there, right, if I left at six.
