In today's episode, this is going to be a little vloggy, but not vloggy.

I edited this vlog to make it more of a podcast style.

But basically, I went to a spa in Storm Mountain, Georgia, called a lem spa.

That's A-L-E-M-S-Pa.

And the person that runs the spa, sorry, I have the hiccups.

She was offering something called Yoni Smoking.

Now, she doesn't call it Yoni smoking.

I think she calls Yoni steaming, only because people may not understand what Yoni

smoking is.

But Yoni smoking is something I've been interested in for probably the last three years.

I think they also call it Adukana.

Let me see if I could Google it real quick. But basically you sit

over some herbs and incense that is smoking on charcoal and it smokes out your whole body.

Now people travel to Kenya, Sudan, and even Ethiopia to get this done.

So the fact that I didn't have to travel to these places to get this done, I was actually

really, really happy about this. I'm trying to find out the name. Is it called Dukana?

I think it's called Dukhan. So yeah, Dukhan. So it says Dukana? Dukon. I think it's called Dukon.
