Today America's new political movement blending left and right

and challenging the establishment.

In today's podcast, we're going to speak with the head of the Libertarian Party, Angela

McArdle. She's going to talk about the movement to rescue the Republic.

I am chair of the National Libertarian Party and I am a co-founder of Rescue the Republic. Can you explain in simple terms in case people haven't heard of it what rescue the republic is.

Sure, rescue the republic is is really a unity movement. It is a coming together of Rage Against the War Machine, which is an anti-war coalition on the left and right, and defeat the mandates, which was also a coalition movement to push back against vaccine mandates and really just to push for medical freedom.

This is all fascinating. I wrote a sub-stack article in the last couple of weeks where I

positive that there's a new political party that's forming, although it's not

really a political party, I guess political allies among some formerly unlikely personalities.

And what I said was that it includes people like Robert F Kennedy Jr.,

journalists like Glenn Greenwall, Naomi Wolf, political figures

also like Tulsa Gabbard, also a former Democrat like Kennedy.

So many different people who may still have disagreement on some fundamentals,

maybe climate change and abortion, but they see things the same on perhaps what they see is more pressing and important issues in the the with Rescue the Republic believes in, and you did touch upon that a moment ago with the anti war and so on in the vaccine stuff, but elaborate on that a little bit my idea that this is a new really interesting and potentially powerful alliance.

Yeah, I mean as a Libertarian, you know, there are a lot of issues that I have very hyper-focused and passionate about.

What Matt and I did is we got together

and we said, what are some of those issues, right?

But broadly issues that people on the left and the right can agree on. We really focused on like the

dissident left, people who consider themselves kind of like Brett and Jordan Peterson do like classical liberals.
