Oh, so, Will, you're talking like the Hollywood 10 that were brought before a show trial

as part of the Blacklist in 1947.

Yes, ironically, not unlike one of the Stalinist purges that we see depicted in one of the

films that we talked about this week.

Yes, we are talking about the blacklist.

I mean, we did an episode on Elya Kazan a couple weeks ago, so it seems only fair that

we get to some of the people victimized by this shameful chapter

in American history. Now, do you think this is something that's overblown, Will, considering that,

you know, crackdowns, people being blacklisted from jobs, happens all the time, especially

around this era. But we tend to focus specifically on the Hollywood version of it because it was

so advertised and done to be a big

show. I assume that what you are referring to, Justin, is the dreaded cancel culture that is

claiming so many of our greatest comedians and newspaper columnness, folks. I'm just kidding. I mean,

I don't necessarily think it's overblown. Well, I don't think it's overblown. It's an incredible story, an incredible chapter of American history. I think that one reason that people like to talk about it, I guess you could say it had a happy or a happy-ish ending, you know, eventually. The people who were a part of the blacklist are like, oh, I don't know about that. Maybe not. Maybe that's unfair to say, but like, if you're making the movie about Dalton Trumbo, it eventually ends with like
