In this 253rd podcast episode of Dave Tate's Table Talk, Phillip Herndon takes a seat.

Phillip Herndon holds 4 ATWRs and, at one point, held six. Phillip is 28 years old and works as a 9-1-1 dispatcher. He grew up in a small town

playing many sports, but mainly football. Fun Fact: As a senior in high school, he ran track and currently holds the school record in the 100 Meter at 11.07 seconds.

Phillip has been powerlifting for a little over ten years. His journey

began in high school. He competes in raw, raw with wraps,

single-ply, and multi-ply.
