And today, we're staying close to home. We're keeping it right here in the running industry.

My guess today is Stephanie Blosie. Stephanie is the owner of Fleet Pete West Hartford,

one of the leading run specialty stores in the country. Now, I am a huge, huge fan of supporting

your local running store, maybe in part because I'm at my now husband at our local running store.

But what Steph is doing at Fleet Pete is truly something special. She's built this incredible

community and it's like everything she touches has a little sprinkle of magic. But how does she

create that magic and how in a world where every organization is desperate to create community?

Has Steph actually done that so authentically and successfully? Oh, and her road to running store

ownership was not a straight shot. Steph was a meteorologist first. She knows Al Roker.
