And that's the people who get treatment

at rape drama treatment centers.

Do we have a really strong picture

of how many women across America

are being abused through domestic violence,

are being murdered, are missing?

And I think the answer is we don't have a proper picture.

This data does matter, this data does affect funding,

this affects how many boots on the ground,

the division of victim services can fund.
