Welcome back to another episode of The Awakely Jake Show.

On today's episode, I have a very special guest, as some of you may or may not know.

This is my wife, Melissa.

And we are so excited today because we're going to be dropping in and sharing answers to questions that you guys have sent in.

Thank you so much. I'm so happy to be here. This is our first show together as husband and

wife. It's been such an exciting time for us and I'm so grateful

for the opportunity to come on and share with you. So let's get right into the questions here.

How does she follow her own intended path and follow your direction at the same time? So I'd say

this is more of like a Melissa question.

I love this question. And I think it's an important one. I am going to start this one out with a

quote by Jake Woodard. Last week, Jake and I were having a conversation kind of about leadership

and understanding that. And he said something that just full body, yes, it just hit me.

And I said, that's a great way to say it.

True leadership doesn't feel like leadership to the other person.

It doesn't feel like control, domination, bossiness.

It feels safe and it feels empowering.

And I think that you've done an amazing job at providing that for me.
