Looking forward to this conversation. Real estate is something that I've always been interested in and have

dabbled in over a lot of years, have owned some rental properties, had my realtors license for a while,

and now I'm a passive investor. But of course, it's a fascinating topic for a lot of us. I'm excited

to have Greg with us. We're going to chat about his entrepreneurial journey, how he got to

where he is today. And then we'll chat about starting and growing a real estate business. We'll take a

look at it from that person who's listening who might be interested in starting a real estate

business or maybe starting it on the side perhaps. And so that's kind of the angle that we'll

So let me tell the audience a bit more about you, Greg, if I could. Greg Dickerson is a serial entrepreneur, an entrepreneur that didn't come out very good, a real estate investor and a

developer. He has spent the past 20 years, or over the past 20 years, rather, he's bought,

developed, and sold over $200 million in real estate, built and renovated hundreds of custom

homes and commercial buildings buildings and started 12 different

companies from the ground up.

Greg served in the United States Navy right out of high school and has always been a leader

in the community serving on the boards of several churches, ministries, and nonprofit

organizations.

Greg currently coaches some of the top real estate investors,

apartment syndicators, and developers in the industry, helping them to grow and scale their

business and do bigger deals. He lives in the Charlottesville, Virginia area. So once again, Greg
