| 0:50.0 | Cooking can decrease certain nutrients, especially the water-soluble vitamins like |
| 0:54.3 | vitamin C. And some nutrients, such as the lycopene and tomatoes, are made more bioavailable |

| 1:04.8 | fat-soluble vitamins such as beta carotene by eating them with avocados, olive oil, |
| 1:09.9 | or other healthy fats. Similarly, fruits and vegetables that are high in |
