0:00.0	You'll what's up? I'm back from Costa Rica, I'm back in Topanga. Turns out my trip to Spain got
0:09.6	rescheduled for later in the year. So if you heard me in a previous episode say I would be in
0:16.9	Spain by now, that's not actually true. I'm back in California, but whatever. You don't really care
0:22.8	where I am. Do you? I'm just in your, I'm in your machine. I'm in your ear hole. There's a

0:35.7	body is in Topanga right now. And so that's my story. I'm sticking to it. Back from Costa Rica,
0:45.2	I had an amazing time at Rhythmia. I was down there for a week. Rhythmia is a life enhancement center.
0:52.4	They call themselves. They use Ayahuasca in addition to massage and colonics and fantastic food
1:03.2	and really comfortable environment, really friendly, friendly, wonderful place. I can't recommend it
1:11.6	enough. Total transparency. They paid for my trip down there. I think they were counting on the idea
1:18.0	that I would really like it and I would tell you that. So I am. They were right. I do. I did. I am.
1:25.3	So whatever. Everything works out. It's when, when, all around. I hope you know me well enough to
1:31.0	know that I would not recommend anything to you that I did not truly and honestly believe was
1:38.0	worth your time and money in this place. If you've got the money and the time and you're interested
1:43.6	in the sorts of things that they offer, I would very seriously consider checking it out.
1:51.5	As I talk about in this episode, I'm thinking about doing a workshop down there. Not really a
1:58.7	workshop. I'm thinking about being down there in a given week, schedule a week where I'll be there.
2:08.5	And some of you, if you're interested, can come down and we'll be there together. So it's not
2:13.7	people have approached me. I talk about this in the episode, but people have approached me and
2:17.9	sort of with ideas for monetizing the podcast. And one of the main ideas that people keep presenting to
2:24.9	me is, you know, let's do a weekend, you know, with Dr. Ryan, you can, people can fly to LA or,
2:32.0	you know, we'll meet in Vegas or whatever and people can pay to like hang out with me. And
