about how fun this freaking business really is. It's not just about wholesaling. You also about wholesaling you also should be flipping you should be

doing some fun projects jerry's got a project in frederico right now where your project is how much

you're going to be all into that big house a little over three million okay hoping to sell

the seven to eight range the 7 to 8 range.

Dang.

So you'll make a, and you'll pay very little taxes, if any, on that.
